I have purchased beef from Opeongo Springs on 3 occasions. It has always been of exceptional quality with excellent flavour. The first time I went to the farm to see how the animals were treated and was very impressed with the care and attention the cattle receive. Willie was kind enough to let me tour the fields to see the work they had done to provide a great environment for grass-fed beef. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to break away from factory beef.

I tried Opeongo Springs meat for the first time this fall and couldn't wait to order more. I've cooked numerous dishes with the ground beef and three different types of roasts. All have been excellent. The broth from bones has so much flavour its amazing. I haven't been able to eat much beef because store bought makes me sick. I have no such problems with Willie's meat. I'm very happy to have found them and hope they will be around a long time. They will be my go to for beef from now on. Great job guys. P.S. As opposed to delivery you should visit the farm. They have really done a wonderful job in restoring it. Susan
