I used Sharon several times over the course of buying and selling several houses. The first time around she was great, the second time, she was average and the third time was miserable. She was difficult to get a hold of, her assistants didn't respond to emails and when she finally did get around to sending us a cheque to close out our account, it was six months late and bounced when we deposited it. Her house is in complete disarray and is showing no signs of improving. There are better lawyers out there.
