Truly enjoy a basic yogurt blended with their fruits but I tried the Oreo yogurt smoothie today and it definitely didn't look like the picture as advertised because the person who made my smoothie blended it so much, it became murky grey and slightly warm whereas the advertised picture is white with some Oreo chunks.

Purchased what they advertised beside the cash register as an “Earle Grey Fruz Tea with tapioca, grass jelly & custard”. That’s what I thought I would receive. I instead got that MINUS the advertised grass jelly and custard. When I asked I was told you must pay extra for those even though it specifically says all three are included. Just trying false advertising to rip people off. Won’t go there again. They should be ashamed. There are far better places to get tapioca tea in the West Edmonton Mall, only wish I had time to go past one of them. Staff was unfriendly, beverage tasted gross. I threw it out. Maybe they should stick to fair advertising and yogurt only.
Disgusting service. Compare there smoothie to orange Julius and you would realize it’s a complete rip off. There strawberry banana is just like drinking water while eating a separate strawberry at the same time. Yikes.
Only place that offers XL and my server was very good, thank you.

Best frozen yogurt in Edmonton in my opinion super flavourful and lots of options :) Soo yummy I come to the mall just for the cheesecake flavour they have! Half hour drive well worth it, but customer service skills could improve. All in all awesome though.
