I bought a 2014 ram 1500 from these guys, the guy at first didn’t show me what I asked for, I finally found what I wanted. The truck had some damage on it so I tried to haggle the price a little bit due to the damage, he absolutely refused to move on the price. I bought it anyways cause it was pretty much what I wanted. HOWEVER, 3 months later and the truck has had a MAJOR mechanical breakdown not once but TWICE! I’ve only owned the truck 3 months and put 9500kms on it and haven’t been able to drive it a total of 2 and half weeks since I’ve had it. Thankfully I got the FCA warranty on the truck and it has covered the breakdowns, if I didn’t get it, I would be out 7500 right now for repairs. if you buy a vehicle from here, GET THE WARRANTY!!! or you could be out thousands of dollars cause apparently the mechanics there can’t be trusted to fix a vehicle. Also, he signed me up for the wrong warranty, took a day of fighting with the manager to get him to change it. Not happy with my experience at all.

Had such a great experience with this company. I left 2 other dealerships because they're so pushy and pressure you into other vehicles. Xs credit was great and not pushy, they were very organized as well. Nizar was super helpful.
