We had Window Mart replace our original windows from 1997 this Fall 2020 and we couldn't be happier with the end result. It was a pleasure dealing with their staff from sales right through to the completion of installation. The customer service and workmanship were both top notch. Andrey paid close attention to everything we wanted and communicated it to the installation team who went the extra mile to get all the details right. We highly recommend this company!
Fabulous product and excellent service! We had contacted all door companies in Edmonton and none of them would take on such a custom project. Window Mart assured us that anything is possible...and they made it happen! It took a lot of communication and negotiations but 6 month later we received our custom door exactly as we imagined it. Thank you Julia for all your hard work and patience. We definitely recommend WindowMart if you’re looking for quality and amazing service!
We had Andrey come out and do a quote for 3 large windows and changing a window into a patio door. He was professional, polite and the quote was very reasonably priced. He also invited us to the show room so that we could get a better visual of what the different trim types would look like and showed us a few door options. He explained the windows, how they seal, etc. Very thoroughly. After recieving 3 quotes from various companies, we decided to go with window mart. We are now just waiting for the production of the windows, so install will be in a few months! I am excited to have new windows and am happy we chose window mart.
We had new windows and front door installed in our home. Andrey was a very big help in deciding on what type of windows we needed for the large size window and north facing. Andrey is very honest and knowledgable of all the Window Mart products. Andrey also took care of the energy efficiency Alberta rebate. We received money back for installing energy efficient windows. The installers are very good at what they do. It was a very cold day when the windows where installed. They where done quickly and professionally.
