STAY AWAY FROM HER. From a child therapy session turned out to be a couple counselling. At the end of the session , we were told that her licence is expired and she is not registered in Alberta. We were forced to pay for her session. She was biased the whole time. My daughter stayed outside for an hour with her grandmother. I had specifically mentioned that the appointment was for my daughter. The worse part was when I called in the morning to schedule an appointment, her staff never informed about her expired license. Neither did Naznin mentioned until she finished her session.

Dr Virani and his staff are awesome. Dr. Virani is patient, thorough and supportive. He always takes the time you need. I never feel rushed or dismissed. I appreciate being able to get an appointment easily and never have to wait too long if I have an appointment.

The front staff was really nice !!! But the doctor was rude didn't even close the door asked me his exact words...why are you here with a frustrated look on his face. The office was not filled with patients so it wasn't like he was behind but I can see why it wasn't busy.
