Been looking for a handgun for a while. Was on their site and bought one. Absolutely the best service and sales I had when buying a firearm. Travis was great sale guy for me! Top notch business and told a few friends after I bought and had them buy online as well!!will be buying my next gun from them next week. Fast shipping to Winnipeg after approval. ️️️️️

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with from a gun store. Usually the customer service from a gun store is extremely helpful and professional but not in this case. I made an order online and received no confirmation email or anything following my purchase. After I emailed them, I was only sent the tracking number and no confirmation email. Then later after waiting a bit, I saw that the order was sent back to the store and Canada Post told me that the sender didn't put down my proper address. After reaching out to Wild West, they told me to either pay for shipping again or to pay a restocking fee (more than what shipping costs) in order to receive a partial refund. Their own mistake forced me to pay shipping twice and they didn't seem to care whatsoever. Will never shop here again, I've never been so disappointed.

So much fun, from guys at the counter to the guys on the range where great. If I ever come back to the mall I will definitely be going there again. Highly recommend

this is the best place in alberta. the staff are really helpful took my first timer friend they took so good care of him educate , teach the techniques , even help him to reload . also the offer is really good . a professional instructor will be with you in each step if you are first timer . will recommended first timer or regular. cheap price, the best in alberta

WORST SPORTING STORE! I don't know the name of the worker but my my was he ever rude (old white guy). I asked for the price of an item and very rudely he went on and on and wouldn't tell me the price and then said to me "whatever I don't even work here" then proceeded to walk away". Why do they let people that don't work at the store behind the desk? Overall the customer service was horrible, they are very entitled and snobby at wild west. Even when I asked if they carried parts, they said no despite me finding those parts in the store upon my own inspection. The old white guy isn't the only problem however, the shorter asian man that appears to carry a firearms which is illegal. Also when I asked for help around the store he ignored me and started to eat... ultimately I've never had a worse experience at a sporting store. I wouldn't recommend to someone I call a foe, DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
