They are a little understaffed here. Albert is obviously doing something he loves and his people around him respond accordingly. Initially some problems in promptly responding but once we touched base it improved immensely. Albert is a wealth of knowledge in the pinball field and equally an enthusiast. Purchased a limited edition Lord of the Rings pinball from his personal collection and can't wait to play it tomorrow morning. Interesting group over here - well worth the wait.
