I never do this but this needs to be said. I have worked with this company for a 3 year contact. MANY times during that period they would cash my payments and THEN send me a threatening letter saying they would terminate my service! I would call and have to walk them thru where they had cashed my cheque and what day but they didn’t allocate it to my account. So I was being threatened. About a year ago I had had enough and asked how to cancel my service. To which I was told I had a 3 year contact that renews in October. This year the renewal came And I missed calling them. I thought we would go month to month after that. Then a month after the renewal they email me asking me to sign the renewal. That promoted to me request the cancellation. To which I was told no. It auto renewed for 3 years!! The penalty to get out of it is 6 months of service cost! I did take this to management to see what could be done. The result they magically changed the three year contract to a one year contract. But the same 6 month penalty applies!!! This company is essentially black mailing clients and does not accept when THEIR customer service is prompting a cancelation. I need this service but because of them I do not want to work with them! I regret ever working with them!!!
