I was so impressed with the sales lady who sold me my new Drainvac unit. I live 1 1/2 hours away and I was going to drive in to purchase one but she explained to me which unit would be a great purchase for my home and was very knowledgeable with the units they had in stock. I ordered it over the phone and it was here the next day. The Lady was so nice and was wonderful to do business with. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be dealing with them in the future. Thank you so much.

I have been coming here for 10 years. Service is always great and my machines have always been returned fast so that are back out working. Great company and great staff :)
Great service and very attentive, knowledgeable owners. I have been shopping for my Meile needs here for 15 years at least. Every time I come in I am greeted with a warm welcome and leave with what I need after great service. In fact, I once bought a Meile liquid laundry soap that had some sort of particulate at the bottom which neither of us noticed as I bought 3 and when I mentioned it to the owner at a later stop in the store, she immediately gave me another bottle free- without even asking me to return the other bottle. Now that is how to treat the customer and they do it well. Good job Vacuums R Us! Keep it up! I buy and get my vacuums serviced there and I would not hesitate to recommend Vacuums R Us to anyone.
My vacuum needed a new on/off switch. Brought the old one into the store, handed it to the gentleman, and within 2 minutes I had paid and was on my way home. Fast and polite service.
Will be writing more about this horrific place, but just wanted to make sure people are warned. Similar to the many other reviews of this place, wish I could give 0 stars! And don't tell me you've been in business for how ever many years because the way you abuse ans swear at your customers now, your business is finished.
