Hello, I just wanted to write a review telling all of you how happy I am with my boxcar table, the delivery and your customer service. First off, the table and chairs were packed so well. The delivery person said it was the best packaging he has seen while working. Now on to the craftsmanship.....what an amazing job. I love every single mark on that table. Thank you for helping me through the many options to choose from. The chairs work perfectly too. Not only do I love the boxcar look, I also love that it is now in the “Railway City.” My town has a very rich history with trains (and Jumbo the Elephant) and that makes the table even more special to me. Their customer service is excellent and they make it so easy to feel comfortable ordering from so far and having it shipped provinces away. I can’t thank everyone enough and express how happy I am with this beautiful conversation piece! I also can’t rave enough about URBAN TIMBER and the fabulous team you have. Stephanie

I went into Urban Timber to check out a sale one day and walked out with a dining room table, bench and a coffee table. Urban Timber transforms old and new materials to functional pieces of art for your home, office or business. I've since been back to purchase a custom bed and side tables and helped my family pick up an entrance bench for their condo. It's easy to support local family businesses when the quality and service is so exceptional. 10/10 service and products.

I've used 2 of their reclaimed wood mantels in new construction and renovation projects. Not only do they have a beautiful reclaimed mantel stock available, they are super helpful and accommodating and make the buying process a breeze. For anyone looking for a new showpiece in their home definitely check them out. I would recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
We renovated our front entrance way using Stikwood from UT. We also purchased stained boards to make coat hooks. Everything from finding the right product to the finished product was fantastic. We loved using Stikwood. It was very easy to install. Everyone who comes to the front door complements the wood product from UT.
