I've tried several times to like this store, but my most recent visit has been the final straw. If been shopping for a shatter pen all day, and was fairy sure I knew what I wanted. Up N Smoke was my last stop before my final decision. They didn't have anything new to show me, but they did have the make and model that I had already seen before and was almost convinced I wanted. Unfortunately they wanted more than double what I had been quoted at another store. (150 base price vs 80 with a 15% discount (68) ) When I mentioned I had seen it for much cheaper, he wasn't interested in dealing with me anymore. Never. Going. Back.
Always has what I need and I love the selection of piece's. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. My favorite shop
#Sid ezza is most rude salesman I have ever seen in shop. He doesn't know how to talk with people . Before doing job , he must have to learn practices of customer service. Prefer other vape stores instead of going there if you want some respect from salesmen
I normally go to the vape shop on south side, however I was in the area. Sid was very helpful, just like his brother on south side. They're both very pleasant, He took his time to find the right products for me. I would definitely return ... to both locations.
