All I can say is WOW. Trapunto is an excellent fabric store in Edmonton, Alberta. Their selection is wonderful and their customer service is top notch. I have always done my orders online and they are quick to process my order and I’ve never had an issue with any Orders. This is hands-down the best fabric store in Edmonton. And I'm not even a serious sewist, let alone a quilter (who are the main customers, I assume). I like to make project bags, that's about it The fabrics are absolutely beautiful and there's an incredible variety. The staff are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Website is excellent, you can browse all their fabric before you go or order online.
I only discovered Trapunto during the pandemic, but it's been my go-to for fabric and notions since March. I haven't even been inside! The fabric selection is awesome and the online shopping option works great. I don't own a vehicle, so it's been awesome to have the option to do curbside pickup when it's nice and I can bike, or in-city shipping when it's not.
We are very happy to find this store. Organized, tidy, materials are color coded for easy search , and varieties of unique, exclusive printed cloth materials that amaze me. Staff are very friendly and accomodating especially Jamie when i have inquiry on the phone. Thanks Dorothy for the extra effort you did for us this morning finding the teal color we needed asap! Keep up the good customer service.
I did not know this store was here until recently -- I wasn't able to get things from my usual suppliers during the COVID quarantine so I was looking for alternatives. Their curbside pickup service is awesome, everything has been ready very fast, the online ordering is so painless, I love it. The quality of everything I've gotten has also been excellent. I am looking forward to checking out the inside of the store sometime soon :) Thanks for this great sewing store in my neighbourhood!
