I am an employee at Touchmark and can say that I enjoy working here. I love seeing our lovely residents every day. Residents here are amazing and I am learning a lot from their experiences. They are like family to me.
We had a terrible experience with their employee Jennifer L. She had no listening skills was borderline rude and pushy. Our experience very much discouraged us to proceed with Touchmark as a provider. Please provide your staff better training as they are the face of your company.
Its is so sad how they charge extra for every little thing. Never seen the management staff give so little care about the residence. All they care about is . But the other staff is very friendly What owner of Touchmark?? Not sure who you think my husband is but. I do believe everyone has there right to their own opinion anyways Question is why do you not accuse the people who gave you a good rating this?? Are they staff or owners With your replay I only wish there was a zero now to give to Touchmark So reality is Touchmark is one of the most money hungry care facility around and will accuse people who give them the rating they deserve
