Im moving into these apartments in a little over 2 weeks and I couldnt be more excited. The building and the suites are beautiful, the rent is fair, and Rebecca has been AMAZING to work with as far as scheduling viewings etc in a pandemic and answering all of my questions. She even let me come back a second time with my daughter so I could show her the suite I picked for us! Cant wait to move!

Visited this property last week and met with the lovely Trina, who stopped what she was doing to help me out! She is very knowledgeable in the industry, professional and happy! I've had a great experience living at The James, the property manager has been responsive when things came up and while there have been issues with noise from time to time it is clear from it not repeating that folks get contacted about it. The unit we had was modern, probably the nicest place I've rented in Edmonton. I think it is a decent place to live with good property management overall.
Far and away one of the best places to rent in the city of Edmonton. Trina, the Property Manager is Professional, Courteous, and does an amazing job taking care of each and every tenant in the building. I can't say enough positive things about her and City Vibe Developments. Feel confident calling the James your home, you won't regret living in a place so clean, safe, and professionally managed! :-)
Rebecca is great! She is always so kind and professional. My unit is beautiful! The finishes are so up to date. Overall I love living here.
