The ladies there always go above and beyond and such a pleasure to speak with! Picked up my thread today and they helped me find just what I needed and made it such an easy experience ordering over the phone and having curb side pick up. Their products are such beautiful quality! If you are looking for unique hand dyed threads this is the place! Such an amazing crafting gem in the city!

This is the best craft shop with the most amazing staff. Great advice and products with outstanding customer service. I couldn’t figure out which q-snap frame or accessories I needed. I quick call to Suzie and she had me sorted and my items ready for pick up right away. This shop is now my go to for supplies. SHOP LOCAL! :)

The ladies that work there are so helpful and friendly. Even though they didn't have the product I was looking for, they made suggestions that will also work. Prompt responses to my questions. So much product in the store to look at. Can't wait to shop in person when able to. Thanks for the great job you do and for having such a wonderful store. I wish I could work there.
