Their food is awesome, always made great. Customer service on the other hand, I have had rude employees most times. Where I have asked for hot sauce and they didn't provide it, and then hesitated to provide it?

Was really excited to try new rolled chicken tacos by Taco bell. Last week my late night cravings led me to this place. So my tastebuds were craving to try these new rolls eagerly. Order: Rolled Chicken Tacos with shredded chicken wrapped in a crispy shell. Team up these rolls with Spicy Ranch dip to give each bite a hit of flavour. Well my excitement went down when i took thr first bite. I was expecting it to be filled but it was barely having a chicken inside. Only good thing about them was spicy ranch dip which made them bearable. Fries Supreme: I got a coupon on their website which included fries supreme with rolled chicken tacos just for CAD 6. Fortunately, fries turned out to be hero of the meal. We loved every bite of it️ Rating: Taste:3/5 (I wish tacos could be filled properly) Ambience: 3/5 Quantity:3/5 Portion size: 3/5 ( Portion size of fries were good enough but tacos were disappointing)
Taco’s were all soggy, straight waste of money. Yet the main issue is they over charged me and never gave/offer receipt and when I checked my card online after the bill total didn’t make sense. I was over priced 10 which isn’t a lot but it’s stealing if ur gonna charge people without telling them, not say the total, not offer or give the receipt. And even if u charged me “by mistake” you should have then given the extra I paid for. But honestly this location always got some issue, I always go to the other locations for this reason. Workers at this location always have a attitude, got salty workers but no salt on their fries smh. Save ur money and get literally anything else
We haven't had taco bell for years because we live a little too far but I couldn't wait to have a chalupa and supreme fries. The fries were great but chalupa had very little chicken and toppings. Disappointing
It is a great place to absolutely fill your food hole with taco. Fantastic staff,(a frantic work pace tho, I hope they get breaks) food is delivered very quickly, and if you are fortunate enough to get coupons you can get alot of food for a very reasonable price. The veriaty of sauces is great, the vegetables are all fresh. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for, this is by no means a gourmet taco place. But still delivers exceptional food at a great price. My recommendation is the locos taco Dorito taco, it comes with everything you could ever want in a taco and is packed with Dorito flavour.
