I would like to share my experience shopping at southgate centre location for the first time. Staff members are very friendly and helpful ,especially the one named Joy. She's quite knowledgeable when one of the staff member doesn't know the component of the earring stick she was able to answer the materials that used to make earring pole. She is not pushy and give me time to shop in the store without feeling pushed to buy. It is a total different experience I had at West Edmonton Mall, staff members AT WEM were on their phone and no one wants to talk to you unless you are standing at the cash register to pay. Hope southgate team will keep their good service up and this is my new favourite place to shop for jewelries for families. Good job southgate !

I went to WEM Swarovski and looked for a ring for my wife. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size I want and the staff there somehow pushed me to purchase a wrong size which didn’t fit my wife at all. I have to go to south gate store to exchange it. The staff at southgate all greeted me and helped me find the right size and picked out something else to match the ring. After couple weeks we came back to shop at southgate Swarovski again, they recognized us right away and asked about how do we like the items we purchased last time, which made us feel so special and we really appreciate that!

Not a good experience with HOA, she treated my family as if we were going to steal something, she took a bracelet from my wife and asked her were did she took it from and place it back into the display, wouldn't recommend this store to friends or family. I'm giving one star because I can't give less.

I went to buy one of their Chinese Zodiac figurines today. It was priced at 75 in the store. And the night prior it was again listed at 75 online. Now the problem (federal crime) wasn't until the merchandise was in the chasiers hand's with my payment out, where I was just then informed that this 75 item was now 20 dollars more!!! Their excuse was that apparently "Swarovski had just changed the pricing on a bunch of their products that morning, and the didn't get to changing any of the prices in store yet", And I was there at 630pm, and indeed they hadn't changed ANY of the prices listed in the store!!! So I was either forced to pay (which I did with protest) the unexpected and extra 20 or just walk away without my anniversary gift for my significant other. In Canada this is a federal crime known as "Bait and Switch" and the retailer is always suppose to sell at the listed price until otherwise changed, for all customers to see. So I feel cheated and I will be pursuing action against this store to get my 20 plus GST back for what should have been only a 75 dollar item. The way the store and employees handled the situation was completely un ethical. I will be also filing a complaint with West Edmonton Mall that one of their retailers were bait and switching their customers all day. And lastly, this is just sad. I'll never trust that company again. I have bought nearly a dozen figurines for my S/O over the past 3 years and now I'll never shop there again. I don't abide by greasy and criminal like sales tactics. Shame on them!
