I had originally booked another company to do our move-out clean, but switched last minute to Spotlight since our rental agency recommended them. A few weeks prior I had a horrendous experience with the other company, so I was going into this expecting that I'd have to clean again on my own. Before Spotlight left, I did a walk-through and my expectations were blown out of the water. It was spotless! I basically did a white glove test on random surfaces, even the blinds, and it was SO clean. I called my husband right away to rave! That never happens for me. I have terrible luck. Haha. Before hiring they came to do a walk through for a quote, and they honor the original quote even if the work takes longer. They gave me a time frame of when they would be done, since I couldn't be there to let them in, and it was exact. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service, and Joni was great to communicate with. 100% recommend!

I would definitely NOT recommend this cleaning Service. ReMax suggested them and once I informed them of the cost to clean a 2 bedroom condo was told they over charged. It was WAY over priced for the service I received. They completely missed the blinds throughout the entire condo and when questioned about it I was told \we couldn't get them closed to clean them so we left them\. I asked for a pro-rated price due to this and received a 5.00 \discount\. If you are looking for a professional cleaner DO NOT hire this company it is a joke.
