I am part of not-for-profit group who is trying to put an event on in 2017. I received a quote for Porta-Potty rentals a year in advance from Colin. I called to confirm some details in advance of our meeting to approve our event budget. In the first call, Colin was rude and dismissive once he found out this event was happening over a year away. He was too busy making inappropriate sexist comments to listen to my request or details such as the dates of my event. I called back to get a few more details to finalize my event plan for our boards approval and again Colin was rude and dismissive making inappropriate comments. When I asked for details about vac truck's he upped his quote by 250% claiming I hadn't given him full details for the original quote. Based on location (which he even sited back to me) and the dates, the original quote was invalid. Overall I found his demeanor and language offensive, rude unprofessional and blatantly sexist. Add to that the 250% increase in quote price and Colin (who claims to own the company) is the worst salesman I have ever encountered. He engenders no trust from his clients and is just plain ignorant to potential future clients. With this sort of treatment from the outset of the deal, I am glad we decided to go with with a company with better client care. I can only imagine the nightmare that would have happened had we actually rented from SOLVX
