Great customer service. Was very informative and knowledgable.
Terrible customer service. We walked in and were not spoken to until I finally yelled "Hey guys" to 2 men sitting at a table playing on their laptops. We looked at products for another few minutes and then left. We will never return.
Horrible service, the guy just talked down to us, since we did not know much about pinball. Then tried to sell us a machine that did not even work... Will never be back there...
Very grumpy and angry old sales man, heard a few swears sometimes from him just walking around the store, very nice stuff in there
