Struggling with this review... Sargeants responded quickly to our request for an estimate, and provided a thorough and reasonable estimate for a good quality repair. They were also flexible in scheduling the work, because we had to coordinate the roof repair with the removal of a flue (by another contractor). The problem was the repair was not completed as the estimate had stated it would be, and the structural strength will not be as good as a result. After a first discussion with Sargeants, we were advised the repair should be weatherproof and will be warrantied by Sargeants, and I was provided a lower cost than the estimate. Just disappointed the repair did not follow the recommended method from the estimate. Update! An hour after I posted my original review, a company representative contacted me, and said the repair would be done again. Properly. Per the estimate. Today the repair was done again. Properly. Per the estimate. I like doing business with companies who think that customer satisfaction is important! Thank you, Sargeants!

Wow!!! If you’re looking for a roofing company.. Sargeant’s Roofing is the place to go! ️ ️ ️ ️ ️ from me! We dealt with Adam who came out to do a quote the day after our service request. He was honest, upfront and SO friendly! The quote was emailed to us and had a breakdown of every single material! Adams’ team worked so hard in the heat and so respectful of our home and my flower bed(this is my pride and joy) I was super nervous that my flower bed was going to get trampled but they took the time to hold a tarp above my flower bed and not a single plant was ruined **Edit** I realized the day after they left that my extendible hose had been broken, we contacted Adam just to let him know and he immediately responded with “We are off to pick up a new one” This was not what we were expecting but again Sargent’s knocked this one out of the park!! Thank you so much!! You guys are AMAZING!
All I can say is the reviews don't lie. This company is amazing and truly care about their customers. They went above my expectations and were very responsive to our needs. Adam is a true professional and knows his stuff. We had another contractor about two weeks before and we're told there was nothing we could do to fix our attic issues. Adam took the time to crawl up.into our attic and inspect it properly and was able to determine our issue very quickly. Very impressed with his knowledge. If you are looking for a great customer experience and a company stands behind their word than I would recommend them. Give them a follow.on Facebook as well. I actually learned quiet bit about roofing and such from their videos. I will update this post once the work is complete as we will definitely be hiring them to complete the work. Nice to finally find a company you can trust. Give them a call amazing!
I want to thank the whole crew of Sargeants Roofing from the bottom of my hearth for the quick response and the professional repair that they did on our roof. We had a strong wind and I called Sargeants Roofing in the end of the day 7.55 pm. They were so supportive that we were able to schedule their visit for the next day and 2 days later our roof was fixed despite the weather. Communication was really easy and the payments methods are very convenient. I would strongly recommend Sargeants Roofing to anybody that needs roof services. Thanks again Sargeants Roofing!
We were late looking into roofing estimates october last year but Adam and his team still came and did our estimate. The estimate was detailed and clear, even including pricing and explanations for a new vent and such. We were able to call and have our roof done within the first few weeks of roofing season this April. They did the roof on Saturday and the invoice was exactly as estimated. It looks great, is weathering the crazy wind this week, and you can barely tell they were here as they cleaned up very well. Adam was friendly, helpful, and patient with us (as we are not the most organized pair). His team were lovely as well. Great job :)
