First time shopping at the running room and highly recommend it. I’m not sure of the associates name who helped me pick out my shoes. But he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a broken ankle a couple years ago and was able to find something with lots of support. Will be returning here for my future running needs.
I received amazing customer service here! Will absolutely come back and buy running supplies! Vincent was really helpful and actually talked me out of the brand of shoes I had bought for the last 13 years! He had me walk to the door and then show me the current wear on my current runners, he recommended a different type of runner and my feet and knees don't hurt at all anymore! As a rookie to the running game working with Ed and his staff was amazing. The staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Rookies or veterans this is definitely a place you must visit.
