Very beautiful venue for all kind of events.Staff is very friendly especially the banquet staff, We have decorated many weddings there. Banquet halls are very specious with lots of parking space outside. Overall hotel is very neat and clean.I highly recommend this place for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Amazing customer service from check in to check out. Reasonably sized rooms that were very clean. Glad to see somewhere that is following COVID protocols. Although most of the restaraunts were closed , The Kitchen Restaraunt was open. Food here was amazing and reasonably priced. Great customer service from the waiters and felt extremely safe dining in. Will visit again

The staff here deserve gold stars. Especially the front desk lady who I spoke to about in regards to price, check in check outs. The prices are wonderful considering the hotel is vey new the damage deposit is more than reasonable. I was able to leave my belongs in a designated area for the day while i conducted my business else where in town. I also was delayed a day and they were understanding and kept my belongings safe until I arrived back to retrieve them. Supper happy with this hotel. 5 stars.

We went to have breakfast at the Kitchen Bistro on the weekend. We were disappointed with the way things were. First NO buffet! I understand with the pandemic, things have changed but i was not expecting the quality of the food and service to get worse. The food was very blend and did not taste fresh. Liquid eggs were used not fresh. The hash browns tasted from a warmer. When you order an omelette, they used real egg. If you order scrambled eggs, they use liquid egg. NOT IMPRESSED! The hash browns tasted they have been in a warmer. Now, i would except that in a buffet style but not in a dine in concept now. The coffee tasted warm not fresh. As for the service, the hostess was very professional and courteous. She assisted my family and I to the table and asked if we required anything until the waitress took over. Thank you for that. While settling in with family, our waitress was not professional in her approach. As we had little ones, and they do take sometime to settle in. Our waitress was asking our drinks, while taking our jackets off and settling in. Our concern is to settle in first, not to order our hot drink in order for them to get cold. Lets keep in mind, the place was not busy. When we asked for water the glasses were not handled properly. They were touched on top part of the glass.(not professional and unsanitary). Overall the service was below average, the food was not as expected and disappointing, coffee was not fresh and hot. The restaurant was fairly clean and social distancing was in place.

Update: October 2020 I finally laid out some money for a room and I was not disappointed. You will need to wear a mask, but that seems to be most places these days. I got in late (10pm) after two days of renovations. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. I was given a nice little tote bag with two bottles of water at check in. The room was thoroughly sanitized and it smelled fresh. I took advantage of the tub and had a wonderful soak while enjoying a beverage or two. Then it was off to bed. I got up the next day and began my day in the gym with a workout. Gym was well equipped with a variety of cardio equipment and lots for strength training. Was a nice bonus. Whenever I check out a casino in Edmonton, it is usually the River Cree. It is a wonderful casino with a lot of slot machines and table games. The layout is round, so make sure you remember your entrance. Helpful staff and plenty of parking.

River Cree is great fun. Whether it's having a spin on the machines, dining or seeing a show, River Cree definitely doesn't disappoint. We have eaten in the Kitchen restaurant and have seen Burton Cummings and April Wine in concert. The food is great and the venue is great for concerts ( although the seats are a little close) It is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Security is excellent and there is plenty of parking. We haven't stayed in the hotel yet.
