Holy moly I haven't been here in almost 7 years but will had it changed!! So many cool things! Lots of unique gifts and hard to find items. I am so happy I went in to check it out today! There's many kinds of candy and lots for the kitchen, I'll be going back for sure! The store was clean and the staff quite friendly as well :-)

great trinkets for home or for gifts. wide variety of candies and bonbons that are usually available in the US. lots of house decorations and great secret santa or stocking stuffer ideas. The store has had "closing" sales as long as I can remember (circa 1996 when Rafters was in Mill Woods Town Centre mall). Will continue to shop and browse at Rafters until the day they literally close. 10/10
Sad to see Rafters closing. We were avid shoppers of Rafters and I loved to wander their aisles to see new and curious things. Walking through the store, one gets a sense that they lost focus along the way. Knickknacks are important to have in the home as they allow one to express their personality. Rafters has a plethora of cool knickknacks. Will be sad to see them go.
I bought a couple tin signs one was damaged, I asked if I could get just a little discount because of the damage. I was told they were already discounted based on damages. It was the same price as the one that was mint condition.... Probably the reason the store is closing, unfriendly attitude and charge too much money! Also thanks for your response, you solved absolutely nothing! You charge too much and you absolutely don't compensate cost wise on damaged merchandise....
I like coming to this store for the unique products they carry. They bring in a lot of American snacks and pop that can't be easily found in the city. The only downfall is that some of the products seem to be priced too high.
Too bad they are closing. It looks like it must have been a great place to get all kinds of neat items.
