The staff are so helpful! They are honest and will tell you all about sales and make helpful suggestions. I've been shopping here for 8 years and each and every time I have a great experience! Their products are top quality and last forever. Highly recommend!

I found a duvet cover I really liked. I asked the store clerk the thread count, she told me 400. I looked up the details online and found out the count was only 250. I recommend reading return policy before purchasing.
I really like the store. People working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. They don't try to upsale you. I checked Best bath and beyond next door and found worse service, higher prices for products that were not as good. I went back and bought what I needed at QE Home.
I recently made a return at this store. The purchase was originally made at Kingsway (which seemed to be a major inconvenience as the lady assisting me continued to repeat that the purchase was not made at their store). Initially I was going to just exchange the sheets I had bought but due to my experience I chose to just return them. The lady that assisted me was rude. She wanted me to exchange the current sheet I had purchased for a sheet set which I had already explained to her that I didn’t need the set. Then she wanted me to purchase a duvet cover (which I did not need). She also tried to explain to me that certain sales were over even though that was not the case. If you’re interested in pushy sales tactics on bedding then this is your place. If not, continue shopping.
Love this store. They have all kinds of sheets to warm to cooler The staff are great. Beautiful comforter covers always so classy looking. I always go here now for all of my bedding. They also have great sales.
