We had just started using this company. Then my husband goes to refill, brings the bottles in to refill, their debit machine was down and husband had no cash. They told him to come back to pick up and pay. He didn’t make it back that day (pandemic grocery store lineups). He goes back today and the workers claimed to have no record of him even having paid the original deposit, nevermind that he brought two bottles back to refill. There was no willingness to work with us, simply “no.” So no we are out money AND water. Never going back. Would never recommend. I’ll go across town before I go back here.

I have been using reverse osmosis system from pure connection water more than year. Very happy with it. I am getting clean drinking water and water for all my cooking needs. City like Edmonton, I think everyone should have their own clean water system. This system does clean your water but does not alkaline your water. So I am using a separate water dispenser with some natural stones to alkaline the drinking water. Some people don’t care about alkaline water, they just need clean pure water, they should have this. In the beginning it looks bit expensive but in the long term it’s inexpensive and convenient. I definitely recommend this product for every single family
