Excellent inspection with much more insight than what we are used to. My wife and I are moving to town from Ontario and we have owned multiple homes there and each one we had an inspection completed on them. As a conscious home owner who follows the inspectors around and asked many questions, Pierre took the time to explain everything required so I understood Alberta codes and important issues in our new community. He is willing to return in the spring to go over the areas he could not in the extreme cold. We feel very confident that we received value for the important information on our new purchase. We recommend the sewer line inspection that looks at your entire underground system to the street . Very thorough. Recommend this Company for sure.
Excellent! We had an excellent experience with Pierre at Overview Property Inspection. He booked and performed our Property Inspection in a timely manner. He gave us a thorough report - and answered any questions we had (even the little ones). He also catered to our situation as we were unable to be in the country during the inspection.
