I walk in and I let him know I am looking for a specific jacket. I show him a picture of the sku number on my phone. He grabs my phone out of my hand without asking. He also had his mask under his chin the entire time. They were sold out of the jacket. When I asked if he could order it, he said it would be 3 to 4 weeks and he couldn't guarantee the condition of it, if it was used or not. That doesn't make sense. I ended up ordering the jacket on their website instead. I do appreciate that he made the effort to show me other jackets that were similar styles but I was specifically looking for this jacket because it's the only one my dad wanted for his birthday.

Nice friendly staff but a little crowded when the have just a couple customers inside. Good selection and good prices compared to other places we visited on our road trip out west. Maybe we'll stop in on our way back too..

Nice little store in WEM. Only downside is that their space is too small for what they have and it makes it a bit difficult to look through and really see what they have. Staff is super helpful though and we always get great customer service
