Great and wide selection of ballroom dance shoes. I was very impressed compared to the other 3 places I went to in Edmonton. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very satisfied customer!

My husband and I have never been treated with such little respect. We walked in and no one greeted us - not a great start. We went to the back where the shoes were and this older woman was helping a little girl with her shoes. As we approached the area, we were yelled at by that woman. She yelled at us to give her a minute because she was very busy and her hands are full. We weren’t sure if we were allowed to even look at the shoes. Then, after 10 minutes of her huffing and puffing (she actually yelled at the little girl too), I just asked if we could look at the men’s shoes. Again, we were yelled at. We left after this. Hard to support a local business when they have zero knowledge of customer service.

I observed overt racism at this store this morning from the woman who I believe is the owner. The woman in line before me was a typical dance mom who happened to be of African descent. The owner made horrible comments to me about how the woman probably had \leotards stuck in her purse\ because that was what \that type\ did. I confronted her on her blatant racism and left without a purchase. I hope other dance parents will join me in boycotting this store. There is no room for racism in our society.

It was so helpful to go here .. staff was great and helped me find the perfect little shoes for my g baby at the perfect price ( even tho i didnt know what i was looking for ) .. way better (easier) then shopping on line .. thank you
