I had the best experience purchasing my new vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant and not pushy at all. They made sure everything they promised happened and more. If you are looking in buying a new vehicle, than I would totally recommend you seeing Shareef Kadri, as he is the best to chat with first to help you out.
Had to double check to make sure I wasn't in a junkyard; cars are in the lot with broken windshields and trash inside of them, it's quite unappealing and really speaks about the quality of care this dealership has towards pre-owned, which is negligible at best. Website is also not updated regularly. Was hoping to find a Dodge Avenger but it was the wrong one. Unless you're buying new, avoid. Go somewhere else for used.
The first place I have been that actually does service right. I got a video showing me what is wrong with my car. Seeing for sure is believing. I recommend you bring your car out to them for the most transparent service in the business.
Have to give them 5 stars for getting me my new vehicle. Staff there was friendly and accommodating, the salesman Manny was helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for. He was straightforward and honest through the whole process. While they would not take cash for the used vehicle, they got me a better rate than what my bank was giving me so props to their financiers in the back. They were open to the 3rd party inspection I requested as well, couldn’t be happier.
