Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured to buy at any time. Absolutely amazing staff! I would 100% recommend coming here if you're thinking of buying a vehicle. As a matter of fact, I'm sitting here right now looking at trading my car in and the nice salesperson even offered to go to the store down the road if I wanted anything. Where else will you get such accommodating and helpful staff? Thank you Seville, you truly are a blessing! You put up with me for the past almost year now, I don't know how you do it but I appreciate it very much! I know I'm a handful!

Great experience from all staff at Northside! All staff was very accommodating, Levi and Chase were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased the vehicle from out of province without personally seeing it but was more than happy when the vehicle was delivered. All of our many questions were answered! Overall very happy with my new car and the service received!

Chris at north side Nissan was the person who welcomed us into the dealership when we went for the first time. He was pleasant to deal with and showed us a variety of options based on what we were looking for. Ultimately, we landed on purchasing a used demo vehicle. After some negotiation, we ended up at a fair price. Chris and his team made sure to work hard for our business and we truly appreciated it. Would recommend to family and friends.

We reached a point where we needed a new vehicle but had no idea where to start except that we wanted 4 Wheel Drive to handle the Canadian winters. Chris Gibbs helped us by asking questions about who we are. He was amazing to work with and just very realistic in getting us the most bang for our buck. We didn't feel up sold or pushed towards options we didn't need. Completely changed my perception of how buying a car could be. The process was almost too easy and we're in love with our new SUV!

Where to start After my first experience at Westside Nissan which went horribly I was very weary about dealing with Nissan again but after coming to Northside Nissan I can say my opinion has truly changed. Northside Nissan created a great car buying experience. The building is great and very clean and Sanitized, they also provided hand sanitizer and masks. There was tons seating and complimentary coffee for you while you wait for parts or to discuss your options. Anastasia the Finance Manager was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She made the paperwork fast and effortless. She was also quick to respond to emails, even after the deal was done. I strongly would recommend her to first time car buyer. Now the man who made the experience worth it, and is real asset to Northside Nissan ... LEVI!! From the start of the day he was delight to deal with, I spoke with him on the phone about the car I was looking for, and less then 5 min later he sent text with a photo and him so I would know who I was looking for when I got to the dealership. Once we started talking he asked us are budget and what Vehicle features were important to us, and was able additional options in our budget. Once we chose our vehicle Levi really went to bat for us with his manager to get the best deal possible. During the process he was respectable, low pressure and polite. Right to end Levi made experience of buying our first Nissan fun and great experience to remember. He also Included a huge red bow on the car when we came to pick it up. After purchasing he was very good with checking in and making sure the car was still working for us and we were happy with what we purchased. Anyone looking to buy a car should call Levi he will make the experience easy fun and memorable
