I have been using Net-iLink for about 4 yrs. Over the last yr and a half or so I have been noticing a sharp decline in customer service. Up until that point, it really was the best customer service I had ever had. I moved in October and applied to get tenant insurance and asked the broker to do an address change on my auto policy as well. Fast forward to February, my auto insurance has come up for renewal and about 2 weeks before I receive an email from the broker starting I owed money before I paid more money to renew my policy. I asked if the company could carry me for 3 days until payday. The answer was no. I understand the onus is on me to know when my policy is up for renewal, but when does the broker accept responsibility for their actions as well? All of this could have been avoided had they done what I had requested when I requested it done. Now due to cancellation, I have to come up with all of my premium in one shot, and that is difficult to say the least. Thanks Net-iLink... I am very dissatisfied with your customer service, especially after all the referrals I have made to your company..
