For the past 2 years I have been using Computerized auto for my two work trucks and my wifes SUV. The work is amazing, the prices are very reasonable, the report is outstanding, and the staff are very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with! When I have a problem, they are the first that I contact and book my vehicle in for a repair! Thanks guys!!

Many thanks to Bobbie, Amanda and Britney for their excellent and unparalleled customer service, expert product knowledge and friendly service. Brought in my car for them to take a look after I did an out of province inspection elsewhere and Thanks to Bobbie for taking the time to go over the inspection report and explain what they would do to help. Bobbie has really got a vast and deep product knowledge about several auto and related aspects which has really helped me with the Alberta vehicle registration. Honestly, I am thankful to Bobbie for her honesty and integrity while dealing with the repairs and what it would cost me. She also went above and beyond to help me out when I was not able to drive my car to their shop as my SK registration got cancelled. We were very lucky to have found them and I'm glad there are still these wonderful people in the auto industry who truly treated me like a friend not just trying to earn my business. They really stand out in my mind whenever I think of auto service. As per their recommendation, I had to take my car elsewhere to cut down on repair costs but if you want peace of mind and expert friendly service with your auto needs Computerized Auto pro is the way to go folks! I got a service warning message for my jeep that turns out to be quite common and something people have disputed needing to be a recall but to date has not. However, I brought my jeep here and they quoted me over 100 less to do the work than the dealership did. They even went as far as to call Jeep’s head office to try to advocate for me to have this work covered by a very very recently expired warranty. It didn’t work but I was blown away they thought of even doing that for me! The work was done very quickly, they had a loaner car ready so I could still get to work on time and then when I wouldn’t be able to get back before they closed, they offered me the option to pay by etransfer. This was SO helpful and SO appreciated. Get my oil changed there regularly to, always above and beyond service!
Amazing service with great communication and excellent workmanship. I will be using them for everything now. The team is basically made up of rockstars! Even booked and delivered my vehicle to the dealership for warranty work.
