Registrars and students office were not helpful. You can submit your concern through the web form and you'll get canned responses. The payment site is not reliable as they will charge you twice and you have to wait weeks to get a refund. After paying the full amount of tuition fee, they also took the money from my student funding. Made me over paid the amount. I contacted the web form and no one can explain why this happened. We are talking about thousands not cents. I hope you can improve this. Don't leave the students clueless.

Hire more people!! If you can not answer any of your emails. And can not accept any calls at anytime because of above average phone volume... its not above average when it's every day!!! Fall off your wallet and hire someone. You increase my tuition every year and the service becomes worst..
Can never get a hold of anybody in student service centre . They won't accept calls, emailed them about my application 3 weeks ago never heard back. I applied for a program and submitted all my requirements documents but my application status never been updated in 2 months. No way to find out what is going on.
Worst hours and help, they didn't offer me any information that I needed and kept transfering me, when I got to someone they hung up without answering what I needed
I waited so long on hold, my house phone died ahahahahahaha what a joke the student services is ahahaha they dont even tell you if your in a queue on the phone just that your call is \valuable\... yea right
