I took a picture of the empty bag because I couldn’t wait to devour the pretzel as it was hot and smelled delicious. I got the basic salted pretzel and as I said it smelled delicious and it tasted delicious. It reminded me of the time I visited New York and bought a pretzel from a street vendor just heavenly. I waited to long to get a pretzel from here as I work downtown and have walked by many times and I had to resist the smell but I finally broke down and bought one. Loved it and I will come again. The staff was friendly and courteous. The store is small but that’s ok as all they sell is pretzels so it’s like a street vendor but in the mall.

I loved this location!!! The Staff are amazing. The man giving out samples is always happy! His suggestions are amazing, and he was overall just a great person. The food was perfection. I would not have changed anything. My work is down the hall and I find myself going here daily. I love your place keep up the good work, and to the man who is always happy and smiling please keep it up you are great.
Delicious pretzels. can't resist getting one when I am in the mall. Staff are great, customer service is awesome. Great experience!
The pretzels are pretty yummy for sure. They are always freshly made. I'm just kind of disappointed that they seem to always be closed when I visit them. Is this location still open? Or do they simply have an inconsistent operating business hours.
I went for a pretzel over my lunch hour. There was a big line up, but I wanted to wait, I was curious about what everyone was here for. I got my pretzel after waiting about 3 minutes. Staff was courteous, smily and wished me a great day. The pretzel was hot and fresh straight out of the oven. so tasty. I will definitely be back for more!
Had to wait a bit for my pretzel, line up was long at lunch time. Pretzel was very satisfying and the service was good as well. I am looking forward to another soon
I can’t believe I made A google account just to say this, but this store is very unprofessional. Often times you will catch the manager being rude to his employees. I came in on a Friday and saw the manager yell at a young man who seemed distraught by his behaviour. The rest of the staff was very uncomfortable and and so were the onlooking customers.he Then slammed the oven shut, swore and stormed off. I felt bad for the rest of the staff because they always greet customers in a friendly manner and are very respectful. So unprofessional. A new manager should be hired.
