Repairs were identified and clearly explained! The service agent provided all my options and explained which required immediate attention and which could be postponed but must be done at my earliest convenience. There was no pressure applied or felt! I chose to have all the repairs to be done at the least cost to myself! I have been a long time client of Edmonton Motors not only because of the quality of work done but be cause of the efficient and caring personal attention given by the staff!!
They helped me find a very nice car at a resonable price. Sales woman was not overly pushy and explained everything very nicely. Financial guy was very helpful in explaining how everything will work and told me straight up how it is. Very nice experience.

The Service Advisor (Rob), knew I had a time constraint on when my vehicle needed to be completed by. He and his staff worked hard to have my vehicle fixed on time. I've been buying vehicles off and on from these guys since the early '90s. Over the years they have been my go-to dealer for all things GM. Even the odd vehicle I bought elsewhere usually ended up at Edmonton Motors. Having knowledgeable staff and good service will do that.
