Great staff, helpful, involved and professional management and great sales reps. Everyone is helpful and more than willing to help me with all my questions and orders. Phones can be a bit of a pain getting through to them sometimes but I always get a return call to my voicemails. The product is great, Siding colours available are amazing, the best selection out there for my customers to choose from.there are good days and bad days but overall I am extremely happy!

Arrive well before closing time at 430, 2 or 230 best bet. Step one: go to back of building to begin your process. Go to the man door with a large sign with contractor order desk printed on it, or something like that. Step two: this could take up to half an hour since they may or may not have your PO on file. Regardless that you have paid and been told it’s all ready to go. If you can have your PO ready and pick up next day. Though same day is possible just less assured. Step 3: pick your order up at door 7, 8 or 9. Nobody will cater to you or look at you for that matter. Be patient they should be picking it by he time you get there. The pickers are cool but you can’t be sure the treatment you will receive. They were patient and helpful for me. Step 4: do not expect paper work or receipt. Don’t bother asking for a copy of the pick report that you had to sign they will tell you that you have your own from wherever you purchased it.. As usual check your order. You will not want to do this twice. Unless you contract in which case you know what you are getting into.
Great service
Only needed one piece of siding. Wouldn’t answer phone before I came there. Gave them my contractor’s name and wouldn’t deal with me because I couldn’t get ahold of the contractor on the phone to prove permission. Thanks for wasting my time! Told me I could go to Rona, Home Hardware or any Lowe’s for the product... then I’ll have to go back there again another day to pick it up because they are closed by the time I am done at Rona (I need to buy it at Rona and pick it up at Mitten because Rona doesn’t stock it). All for a 8.89 sheet of siding.
Horrible place to go if you have to pick up materials, staff is rude and unprofessional. The wait times are disgusting even if no one is ahead of you. Best to avoid if possible
