My fiance is currently experiencing severe food poisoning and massive amounts of pain but has spent 5 hours in the emergency room with no indicator that they will take him any time in the future. Im not allowed to stay with him and make sure he's okay, though they haven't made any efforts to monitor his condition. Garbage emergency room. Our medical system is a joke.

I had a wonderful time with Dr. Andersen's staff! Danielle was the best Nurse I've ever had in my life. She got my IV in absolutely effortlessly with zero digging around like she was looking for toys lost in a sandbox. Danielle had a great sense of humor and was awesome to joke around with, and overall got everything done quickly and efficiently. My Doctor Wyatt was a tough nut to crack but you can tell he's a solid guy, and definitely not dry. This is the first time I've had pneumonia and it's been a blast. Cheers, Ryan H

Absolutely the worst hospital in the city! The staff were rude, unprofessional, dehumanizing and above all disrespectful to elderly people who have no loved ones by their side! My father was lucky to have me and my mother there to help him but he was left alone he was treated like a homeless piece of dirt! People be ware do not allow any of your loved ones to go there! My father was on the 7th floor Room 710 for the past three days! This is a business establishment built on diagnosing your loved ones with many things none to be substantiated by any medical evidence! The more tests they run the more money they get! These people are Evil! And shame on you for treating the elderly like this! We are Canadians, we are taxpayers! We are humans!!!!

Went to the emergency for severe abdominal pain and was put in the mental health room because there was nothing available. I needed a nurse no one would answer the call bell so I made my way to the door to ask for my nurse and asked another nurse for help and she treated me horribly because I believe she thought I was in that room for mental health reasons. She was very rude and rolled her eyes at me, I am humiliated and cannot stop crying. I did not deserve to be treated that way nor does anyone else whether there for medical or mental health reasons. I will never return to that hospital and that young nurse should be reprimanded and for certain sent for training to learn compassion. To humiliate anyone seeking any type of help in an emergency department is not acceptable, if we cannot trust a nurse to be compassionate who can we trust.
