Exceptional staff and place I had a heartwarming experience at MIC Gateway today. The centre has systematic booking system, safe facility, and compassionate staff (reception and technologists). Alison was very professional with her work. She explained procedures well. She was empathetic, understood my concerns, and helpful with the urgency of my other examination. She went above and beyond by arranging to accommodate me even with their busy schedule. I am grateful for the care and comfort I received from MIC Gateway Centre.

I was a little surprise about the reviews here but had to pick the location because it had opening that fitted my schedule. I will say my experience here is top notched. The staffs are very nice and courteous. Attended to at the right time and the procedure was quick and straight to the point. Kudos to the staff and I will advise them to keep it up. Also the place is quite new....

I had an exceptional experience at this MIC location! The receptionists (Jessica) provided such caring and outstanding service, the ultrasound tech Elaine was also great and she did a amazing job with the ultrasound. This location is absolutely gorgeous too. Very happy with my experience here!!

I have had many x-rays here over the last year, including several in the last few weeks following a surgery. This place is the best; the technicians are top-notch and very professional and efficient. The highlight though, is being greeted by JESSICA every time I enter the building right from the start. I am always made to feel welcome and always treated in a way that has me choose this location to return. There are 2 gals named Jessica at the front and they're both great. Thank you!

What an amazing clinic! I had the pleasure of meeting both Jess and Jessica at the front and they were absolutely delightful! So super friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything. Getting medical tests done is not always a fun experience, but when you have someone like Braiden doing them, it’s definitely fun! Thank you so much for starting my morning off with such amazing energy!

The text notification system for booking reminders, appointment prep, and check in upon arrival makes for a really smooth experience. This location is very clean and modern. All of the staff I have had the pleasure of meeting have been kind, knowledgeable, and very capable of their jobs. Bonus: free parking on site!

What a hidden gem! I had no idea that you could email a requisition form to them and get everything done at once. Walked right in and left within 20 minutes! The entire staff were so friendly and apologized that I had to wait a mere 10 minutes. I would definitely make the drive to come back here again!
