I was on a search for a lift chair part and was having no luck. After contacting service manager Tom at the southside Edmonton location my luck turned for the better!! Although he knew he couldn't supply the part he put a search out to his contacts and came back with the exact make, model and part number for me to use! (As it had changed) What a guy!! Very professional and compassionate-Wowzers!! Tom you are a breath of fresh air!!! Thank you

Tom in Service has been so very helpful twice!! I was able to re-set my Dad's Power Chair once before but now due to the Pandemic I am not able to access my Dad's Building to re-set it as Building is in a two week lock-down. Thanks to Tom and sending pictures etc. we were able to get it sorted! Thank you from a Very Grateful Daughter!

I was at MedMobility yesterday with my brother, who is waiting for hip surgery and needed a scooter. I spoke a couple of times on the phone with Steve Sjoberg, about what I was looking for. He booked an appointment, we could not make it, my brother was in too much pain. Steve said not to worry, come in when we could, give him a heads up. When we arrived, Steve was wonderful and showed empathy and compassion for my brother, who has been dealing with chronic pain for over 2 years. It was so uplifting to have Steve deal with our situation, he showed us different options, did not rush us, in fact, we were there almost 2 hours. It is this kind of customer service that sometimes gets overlooked. MedMobility was awesome to us and I would highly recommend them for any home medical equipment. Thank you Steve Sjoberg !!
I was very happy with the service from this location. I had a problem with the new scooter i bought and Tom took lots of care and time to find the problem and have it fixed for me right away, i recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase a medical product.
