My wife came here for her to pick up some clothes and have them embroidered for work. The staff were really patient and helpful as it was our first time doing so. This is one of our favorite Marks locations!

I really like the store. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staffs. This is my first encounter with Mark in Edmonton and I was so impressed with their customer service. I had to return the first set of gloves I bought from this store and the gladly accepted it back and refunded my cash back to my credit card. The second set of winter gloves I got from their stores are very good and cheaper than want I saw in Costco. I will definitely recommend this store....
I received a gift card to use at Mark's. I hadn't shopped there in a long while,but my experience there today was an eye opener. I was able to sign up for Mark's email list and received a 15 credit towards a purchase of 50 or more. Worked out great. Managed to find a pair of Levi's 511 jeans in my size that were on sale for 25% off with the 15 incentive, I walked away with the jeans for about 5. I also bought a toque for half price and 2 pair of thermal work socks. All for under 30. I'm over the moon and a very satisfied customer. Thanks Mark's!
Great location. Wasn't busy. Appear to be following all covid protocols. The staff that work there provided great assistance. I needed to exchange a previous purchase. They we quick and efficient. I was able to complete the exchange within a matter of minutes. Seems to always be a positive experience here.
