I asked for a slight trim at the bottom. Not to lose length. And after a week, I am still not able to understand how did I lose all my length. The girl Rupi how was the hair artist was so rude, she didn't acknowledge her mistake, kept arguing and completely unprofessional. Manju tried to fix it but I have lost my length, and shape and I don't know if my hair will be in the same style coz it was natural growth after a pixie cut. I am very upset. Very upset. I won't advise you to go there for a cut. Ever.
