Any condo board considering Magnum York should use extreme caution. There are plenty of great management companies out there and Magnum York is not one of them. Magnum York managers are not reliable. Communication is nearly nonexistent. We had dozens of phone calls, emails and office visits ignored for over six months before finally needing to move to a responsive property manager. Your property manager will be a revolving door as they can't retain staff. Jobs were done incorrectly or not at all. This occurred on at least two separate condos, and I can only assume more. They will provide an incredibly low quality of service and then charge extreme penalties if you try to leave.

My first property management that I rented with when I first moved to Canada, and what an experience!! great people, Linda and Debbie very understanding, hospitable and kind people to associate with. They helped me every step of my stay within the apartment. I moved out but I would choose them again and again, I definitely will be going back one time if I wanna stay alone again. Anyone who wants to rent and live happy look no further than Magnum York Property Management. Thank you Magnum York Edmonton, thank you Linda and Debbie for the time I spent with your property management.

Horrible management on 10511 19st Edmonton , this Phillip guy he never clean the front building , it's always icy , people can fall and get disable . Very rude management , they dint know how to communicate professionaly , One word GARBAGE

Do not rent from Magnum York Property Management. They still haven't paid my security deposit. Everytime I inquire about it, I keep getting the runaround. Now they've pasted the buck off to the accounting department saying that they no longer have to deal with me. I've gotten different answers from two different people in regards to what is happening with my check. To this date, I still have not received my security deposit back from them. Plus they don't respond to any phone calls as well. It takes days before they'll respond to an email. They are very unprofessional. They also refused to let me be inside the house while doing the move out report which is illegal. Plus to get anything repaired within the house was also a long wait.

It was an amazing experience. Rochelle was so prompt in responding to my request. I got the document I need within few minutes of my request. Rochelle also followed up and checked if it really was the document I need and if there is anything else I need. I was really impressed. Kudos to Rochelle for his professional and at the same friendly manner in dealing with my request. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE indeed. Thank you so much.
