The associates are rude and not ready to help the customers. The Manager, Mona was extremely disrespectful and treated me like a Unvalued customer because I was there for a return. She was not ready to do the return Despite presenting the original receipt with the item tagged and unworn. I would never suggest shopping at Laura at the outlet mall.
