first couple times i used this service it was great. Now i been waiting for over a month, keep calling and getting transferred where it with rings ongoing or i get hung up on. When i finally get through they say they cancelled it and to fill out a form again. Cost me 75 to get it towed to a scrap yard. Done! Management needs to get their head in the game. How many more vehicles have they lost.
