Made an order for pickup with Doordash. You don't have to line up you can go to the door to the left and let them know you're there for pickup. Food was amazing! I am sad I waited this long to try the food. The spice they sprinkle on the spicy chicken is SUPER tasty and actually hot! The spaghetti made with banana ketchup surprisingly dosent taste like what you think it would and was really good. The burger was beautiful and tasty as well. But the mango peach pie is now my favourite take out pie out here! Thank you!

We sometimes take out from here since it opened. Unfortunately i am a bit disappointed since i only like to eat chicken wings and they never serve the wing part of the chicken, its either legs or breasts. And since covid they never let you use their washroom inside the store even if its in an emergency situation, you have to go inside the mall to do your thing.
Fantastic restaurant. They have very friendly staff waiting outside to greet you and take your order. Very polite staff give you your order when you go inside. The restaurant is in immaculate condition; so clean. The food tasted wonderful. It wasn't greasy like some fast food chicken places and the mashed potatoes are to die for. I hope eventually they go on to Skip The Dishes so I can order from them often.
This location has alot of the menu items, quick service and things that aren't at other locations. Highly recommend. Only thing missing here is a drive-thru or curbside pickup.
We practically ordered everything on the menu. • The spaghetti and sauce tasted like it came from a can • fried chicken is very crispy and some pretty good size pieces we got, the spicy chicken had a tiny kick to it. • the peach drink is refreshing, not too sweet • burger steak is two small patties covered in gravy. It was ok, the gravy was tasty • the shrimp and noodles were very good • fries are just fries, nothing special there • the rice was tasty • I give the gravy, 5 gravies out of 5 • mashed potatoes were good, they taste like the powdered potatoes. • peach mango pie was my highlight, crispy shell with succulent fruit in the middle It’s an experience, would I crave this? Probably not, but at least I tried it
Spicy fried chicken is really good! I've tried all popular fried chicken spots and they all have their place. Some of you like extra crunchy, or greasy or saucy. So you might like this or not. The spicy chicken is like between Churchs and KFC texture but with salty-spicy-kind of sweet seasoning salt coating. So if you like salty, spicy, little crunchy fried chicken, it's bomb!
This is my favorite Jollibee branch in Edmonton, I always place an order here in Advance and doesn't have to wait in a long line. Staff are friendly as well. Very accurate with the orders. Thanks guys!
This JOLLIBEE at Kingsway mall is fantastic, the service is top notch, the spaghetti, amazing. Those beef patties in mushroom sauce is astounding in yum yum. Their chicken dipped in that gravy is just fried chicken competition destroyer...I was like how do I ever go back to KFC or Mary Browns after I had it so good at JOLLIBEE
