Whenever I need to deal with vehicle repairs and interact with vendors, I'm always skeptical. Am I getting accurate and true information? Am I being sold the right parts? I wanted a new car battery so I could get through the winter season. Previous batteries I had purchased turned out to be lower quality and only lasted a little over a year. I wanted to get a quality battery and a friend recommended Interstate Batteries. I visited Interstate intending to buy a higher end battery. I knew there was a core charge on batteries so I brought with me the one I was replacing. The experience and staff interaction was outstanding. It was so refreshing to talk to knowledgeable people. The staff load testing my existing battery however before doing so, they explained the testing process and how the machine worked. They then hooked up my battery and tested it as I observed. As it turns out, the test indicated the battery was still good. I still felt I wanted to replace it as I didn't want any battery problems over the winter. I asked some questions and received clear responses that I could understand and believe. The staff didn't feel I needed to replace the battery. In the end, I walked out, not making a purchase, and taking my existing battery with me to reinstall. Saving a couple hundred dollars was nice but I what I really appreciated was how I was treated by the staff. Straight forward, honest and polite people. It was a great experience. When I do need to replace my battery, I know where I will be going.

Came for a free battery test as I was having issues on my 3 year old car. Test confirmed battery was going on it's way out. The team gave me a awesome price for their top of the line battery, couldn't refuse(plus I didn't want to be stranded) lol. The staff was very nice and professional! 10 service

Awesome service to clients. My car's battery was analyzed free of charge. A clear detailed information was provided to me. Great job by the person that helped during my visit. Two thumbs up!!!

Just horrendous. Sold me a bad battery and wouldn't refund it after it broke in 5 months. They were indignant and refused to refund a faulty product. Car died on road. Had to push to nearest shop. Would not allow me to speak to manager in charge. They offered 50 for \good will\. Won't refund, wont replace, won't reimburse. In the end I bought a bad battery and they did nothing to help. I thought this shop was quality but I would go with anyone else who will honor their warranty. I honestly can't say enough bad about this situation. I am out hundreds of dollars and I hope no one else gets scammed. In addition they were rude, indignant, and condescending.
