Very poor customer service. Atleast the one employeee anyway. Not sure when places can refuse Canadian currency because they don't feel like going to the back to break the 100. I was more than willing to wait to the side while they helped other customers and I waited for my change but nope just straight up refused my money. Not like it was a fake or a euros. But when I can go to dairy queen and have them break a hundred for a 15 meal, busy or not they would go to back to get change. As for the La Vie en Rose employees, they will NOT. So don't go unless u have credit or debit

Worst experience at the mall. Both of the ladies at the counter this evening were terribly rude to us. No acknowledgement of your customers. No effort to make a sale or help us find items. Not even a hello. We were the only ones there and there was still an about hour before closing too. My niece mentioned that they didn't even say hello back and one even walked away to the back. Neither asked if we needed help or mention anything about sales, etc. A 12 year old girl has a better concept of customer service than these women. Way to treat healthcare professionals like garbage, as people respecting the pandemic rules, wearing masks, sanitizing and distancing. Employee #229557 and whoever was with her need to be retrained in customer service. Or fired considering how many people out there need jobs and would appreciate their postion more. Still, we felt bad for the lady who helped us. Everything felt robotic, fake, and cold. We would have purchased more but we did not feel welcome. Told my friend not to bother with them. One star for the prices, the other for pity's sake. Customer service is better online than in person these days.

I went to this location a few days ago and it was one Of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I was told the promotions when I first walked in. I was looking for new bras and shape wear and the lady that was helping me was with me every step Of the way. I would recommend this location to anyone. ** the store was neat and tidy; very organized

Very helpful. The ladies told me the deals and got me sizes from the back. Only thing that was slow was checking out because they have a new system but the lady at cash was very nice and told me what was going on. Store is very clean. This is my favorite place to go to get bras and swim . They always have good prices in they clearance as well.

The staff here is AMAZING!!! I come here so often and I always get the best service. The store is very well maintained as well. Favourite store I shop at. Selection is so much better than the rest of the la vies
