From the initial call to set up the appointment to the procedure itself it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I was there for an ultrasound and had a short wait before I was ushered in. The tech was great and explained all the steps as she did them.

Came here for chest condition and needed an ultra sound. After explaining to the front desk lady what I was there for she began to treat me really disrespectfully and rolled her eyes multiple times because i didn't know the terminology for the procedure that was being preformed! Very rude inpatient and doesn't seem that she likes her job that much she looked like she would be really nice I thought most health care workers are, the lady preforming the procedure was fantastic and respectful made the experience much better please insight take better care of your patience they are there for medical help not to feel ashamed or disrespected!

Very friendly staff in the evening when I had to get X-rays done. It was kind of a long process because my health card was from out of province but the ladies figured it out. Some might have seen it as an annoying problem they had to deal with right before their shift ended but they didn’t make it seem like that at all. Very happy with my experience at this location!!

These people are great. Great location, very nice facility, excellent staff. I walked in for a quick heart scan for a medical clearance and in the middle of a short wait got a notice of an immediate appointment for a different clearance across the parking lot. They were most accommodating--I got both appointments done inside of an hour. PLUS, while I was there an irate patient ("I WILL NOT WEAR A MASK--YOU PEOPLE ARE SICK--WANT ME TO SUE YOU?!") came in. The staff handled the situation perfectly, in my opinion. They were kind, firm, and gracious when the patient settled down. I asked the technician about it, who replied that it happens EVERY DAY! I tip my hat to these stalwarts, serving all of us in what is for many a very stressful time.

I have now been to this Insight location for 4 procedures during COVID, and each time they are very professional and clean and organized. Everyone explains things well. For COVID protection, they are wiping every surface down including chairs and bathrooms, and the waiting room chairs are separated well. I would highly recommend this location.

The best kind of people this clinic is wonderful and it's all because of the staff who work here they couldn't get any better. Absolutely 10/10 they even were excited to hear my gender reveal and it made it all the better thank you all for your kind hearts and dedication.

I went to get a hyaluronic injection and upon arrival at this clinic, discovered I needed an additional document from my doctor's office. It took numerous calls both from myself and the receptionists to get this document from my doctor's office and it finally arrived in the late afternoon. I was able to go back the next morning and they squeezed me in so that I didn't have to wait another week. I am so grateful to the reception staff, the staff assisting the doctor and the doctor himself for their kindness and consideration to me.
